Inner Horizons is a growing team of passionate individuals, from diverse backgrounds, brought together by a choice to pause, look within, investigate and understand ourselves and the human condition. We have each begun our own journey inward, and see it as our calling to facilitate this healing process for those who seek it.

Inner Horizons was founded by Ms Sujata Potay, a clinical psychologist whose vision and wisdom lie at the heart of each workshop we design. Her greatest passion is teaching. As founder and course director of The Spirit-Ed Counsellor, she has shaped the understanding and guided of the inner journey of more than one hundred and fifty counsellors. The entire team of Inner Horizons facilitators is carefully selected from the students of this program.

Many people consider our education in psychology intimidating in the corporate scenario, but it is this deep insight into human behaviour that lends confidence to our methods, and the adaptability to guarantee results with every workgroup.
